What a spectacular place! It’s a bit dated but very clean and charming. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need. The direct ocean view was stunning and well worth it. The property was very serene and quiet. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Booked through Vacay, but VRBO tacked on additional charges after booking so beware. Other than that, we LOVED everything about this stay. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking, Plenty of towels provided. The coffee and cookies were a sweet touch. The location is central to North to South sides of Kauai. I can think of nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves on the shore. The full view of the ocean feels as if you have the ocean all to yourself. The peaceful days and sunrises here are incredible. We will 100% be back to stay at Kapa’a Sands.

We liked that this is a small property not a 3-4 story multi building complex. On first floor with endless waves breaking on the shore below the green lawn. Very private with only the occasional fellow guest between our patio and the ocean.

Amazing views and location

Just finished our stay and the location of this property is perfect. You can get to everywhere on the island in a short period of time from this location which makes it perfect. Not to mention the beach within steps of the unit! Highly recommend.

Little beach paradise

Beach just steps away out the back door. Centrally located to see both North and South sides of the island. Perfect place to stay to get to know Kauai!

Beautiful, amazing ocean front view!

The condo was clean, comfortable and so very close to the ocean, it was amazing! Hearing the sound of the ocean, being able to start every morning walking just a few steps from lounging on the lanai and dipping your feet in the ocean was heaven. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and the little gift basket on the table of coffee and sweets was very thoughtful. Would definitely visit here again.
