About this property
Peaceful country retreat near Cooperstown
Welcome to the cottage at Antoinette's flower farm. Our guest house is a calm and absolutely private refuge on a rarely traveled road, nestled in the rolling hills and streams of Fly Creek . Ideal for an extended weekend at Glimmerglass Opera (less than 10 minutes away) or a visit to busy Cooperstown (about the same distance). The house is filled with light and personality, and connected to an artist's studio. You are welcome to hike the mowed paths in our 118 acre property or visit the gardens
The space
This house is ideal for two people or a couple with small children . Three adults also works fine, There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a day bed in the loft (twin size). There is also a couch in the living area which is a queen sized futon which could sleep a child or children downstairs.
Guest access
Entire cottage. There is an artist's studio in the same building which is not usually accessible, but we would be happy to show you around in there upon request.
Other things to note
Wifi is super broadband. (fiber)
Please respect our no indoor smoking policy.
