Die Lage der Wohnung und Ausstattung war top. Alles kann fußläufig schnell erreicht werden. Bäcker und Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Leider fehlte eine Beschattung oder Rollläden, da es sehr heiß in der Wohnung wird an heißen Tagen. Die Wohnung heizt sich auf 30 Grad auf, durch die Balkon- und Dachfenster. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Hallo, die Punkte sind bei mir aufgeschlagen. Die Plissees für die Beschattung sind schon bestellt, da warten wir auf die Lieferung (Sondermaß). In der übernächsten Woche ist dann der Einbau der Plissees sowie auch der Einbau der Klimaanlage für das Schlafzimmer geplant. Sollten Sie noch einmal bei mir buchen, sollten Ihre Kritikpunkte ausgeräumt sein.

Es gibt in keinster Weise negative Punkte über diese Whg. Im Gegenteil !!!Die Lage ist tatsächlich zentral und ruhig.Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen reichlich zur Verfügung.Selbst kleine Lebensmittel sind vorhanden und in appetitlichem Zustand.Technische Ausstattung .Eine sehr schöne moderne Whg zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet eine vollständige Ausstattung. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist sie ruhig und viele Geschäfte und sehenswerte Orte sind zu Fuß rasch zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die beiden Fahrräder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und wir konnten mit ihnen schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung unternehmen. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich auch der Empfang in der Wohnung war sehr herzlich.

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Eltern des Vermieters, ausführliche Einweisung (Stellplatz, Tiefgaragenplatz, Aufzugbenutzung, Erklärung der elektrischen Geräte), stylische und moderne Kücheneinrichtung mit allem was man sich wünscht, funktionales Bad und im Schlafzimmer ein gutes Bett mit genügend Decken und Kissen. Super das Fotobuch mit den ausführlichrn Erklärungen zur Wohnung, Umgebung, Restaurants.Schön zentral gelegen, ruhig.Evtl könnte man sich Gedanken über einen Sonnenschutz am Wohnzimmerfenster mit der Balkontür machen.Wir hatten schöne, erholsame Tage in Bad Zwischenahn

Alles klar – hier die überarbeitete Bewertung mit der netten Begrüßung ergänzt:---Die Wohnung in Bad Zwischenahn hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Schon die Begrüßung war herzlich und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: Er hat wirklich alles mit Herz gemacht und uns eine liebevoll gestaltete Broschüre mit vielen Tipps für die Region, Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch konnten wir Bad Zwischenahn und die Umgebung noch besser entdecken. Die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Zwischenahner Meer haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert .

Ein echtes Juwel in allerbester Lage

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es war alles da, was man zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, sogar an den vorhandenen Vorräten hätte man sich bedienen dürfen.Es gab eine sehr professionelle und liebevoll gestaltete Infobroschüre mit allem Wissenswerten zur Wohnung, zum Ort sowie diversen Tips zu Restaurants.Bedanken möchten wir uns auch für den ausgesprochen freundlichen Empfang mit der ausführlichen Einweisung.Unser Fazit: Eine Wohlfühlwohnung im Herzen Bad Zwischenahns.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Eine angenehme Begrüßung, erstklassige Wohnung, super sauber, schöne Möbel, tolle komplett ausgestattete Küche. Parkplatz und Platz für Fahrräder vorhanden. Zentrale Lage, fußläufig diverse Restaurants und Shops. Tolle Gegend zum Fahrrad fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Bad Zwischenahn. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt direkt am Bad Zwischenahner Meer. Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
