Family friendly two bedroom suite located in the heart of East Vancouver’s vibrant Commercial Drive neighbourhood.

Located on a quiet residential street, this home offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything Commercial Drive has to offer. 10 minutes to downtown via skytrain, bus or Uber.

The suite sleeps 6 with a double bed, a queen bed and a pull out couch.
The full size kitchen has all the amenities for home cooking, including dishwasher, and the bathroom has a tub / shower combination. The unit also features hardwood flooring throughout, a gas fireplace, smart TV and WiFi.

Available are hot water on demand, a full size washer & dryer, gas fireplace, electric baseboard heat, and kitchen, bathroom and bedroom essentials. (Bedding pillows, towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner and a hair dryer).

Outdoor furniture is at the front yard and includes a bistro table and chairs.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or anywhere in the building. A $500 CAD fee will apply if this rule is violated.
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted.
• Small pets are welcome, but they must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.
• Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Lost or unreturned key will incur a $50 CAD replacement fee.
• Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
