Misleading webpage

Basic low level accommodation. Not luxury by any means. Booked for access to pool, not for 100 yard trek over field, 24 slippery stone steps not appropriate for octogenarians. Owner blamed you for misleading Web page. Friendly and helpful staff BUT DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY. Very disappointed, you will need to work hard for me to trust our companyagain

However, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide accurate information about the property and ensure every guest feels welcome and comfortable. We would like to clarify that the swimming pool is located approximately 30 meters from the property, and access is via a cement-paved garden with nonslippery steps. It is important to note that our previous guests have found the property to be as described and have enjoyed their stay, however we regret that you left feeling disappointed.
