Diese Ferienwohnung (Appartement 06) ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgerüstet, in der Küche hat uns gar nichts gefehlt. Auch vorhandener Wäscheständer und Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon sind sehr nützlich. Selbst Kissen für die Balkonstühle sind vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss unter der Treppe befinden sich jede Menge nützliche Dinge für den Strand. Sogar ein Bollerwagen ist dort. Wir waren zu Zweit mit zwei Enkelkindern da und die Wohnung war ideal für uns. Eine kleine Einschränkung gibt es: im 1. Stock hört man den Verkehr von der Straße wesentlich deutlicher als im Erdgeschoss, besonders in dem Schlafzimmer (1. Stock) mit den Fenstern in Richtung Straße. Der Verkehr bleibt aber verlässlich zwischen ca. 00 Uhr und 5:30 aus. Wir haben nach den Strandtagen trotz Autogeräuschen geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere.
