Moers apartment

Nice apartment but no blinds or curtains or shutters at windows. When I enquired when booking about parking I was told on street parking for residents and I asked if a permit was required and was there one in property but got no reply. Resident parking only with a permit and owner said he did not know of this, after I received 20 euros parking ticket. No parking 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday without permit. No washing machine. Cleanliness was good except dishwasher had not been emptied and clean pots were covered in milldew and needed to be washed.

Die Wohnung und das Mobiliar war sehr herunterge-kommen. Es war im Treppenhaus und vor Allem in der Wohnung sehr schmutzig und nicht gereinigt. Es gab nirgends, auch nicht im Schlafzimmer, weder Vorhänge noch Rolläden.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Oark und nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
