Here at Dark Horse Farms, come for the relaxation and stay for the experience. Whether its fishing for the guys, wine tasting for the girls, paint n sips, antiquing, or enjoying a private experience with the rare Friesian horses, this spacious retreat will house up to 12 of your closest friends. Enjoy the White Mule Winery or schedule a pick up by the Hermann Trolley Company to visit historic downtown Hermann MO! We also offer daily boarding for equestrians and their steed during their stay!

We take cleanliness to another level. We at The Paddock House pay close attention to detail; ensuring the space, appliances and bedding is treated with allergies in mind.

The Paddock House sits on 70 acres of peaceful rolling hills and hay fields. Miles of red dirt roads for side by sides, trail riding, Osage and Gasconade Rivers for boating and fishing, just heaven on earth.

Guests have access to 10 private acres and entire home. You may access the private ponds via Dark Horse Farms driveway entry and a short walk down the drive to the designated use area. You may keep any Bass you catch. We are establishing catfish so we ask you release those

We offer lay over stays for equestrians, nightly boarding and trailer parking as well for an additional fee. Message us directly for more info.

If you would like to schedule and Paint n Sip with your stay, 3 days notice is preferred. Parties of 6 or more for an additional fee. Message us directly for more info.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set stripped linens at the foot of the bed. No need to take to laundry.
Lock door upon exit and set both thermostats at 75. The upstairs wall unit and downstairs by fridge.
Please place trash in bin on the corner of the front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
