A very spacious house built in 1975, which was completely renovated, modernised, and brought up to the latest technical standards between 2021 and 2023. The house is surrounded by a romantic garden with a lawn for playing and relaxing. It is located in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the Balsberg. In front of the house are 4 parking spaces; 2 spaces are available per holiday rental.
Bine’s holiday rental is very spacious at 190 m². The large entryway offers plenty of space and freedom of movement. From there, you reach the apartment itself via a staircase. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed; every bedroom has its own bathroom with a rainforest shower. A bathtub is also available. At the centre of the holiday rental is the spacious common area, which is divided into
– a kitchen fully equipped for cooking and baking,
– a dining room,
– a lounge area, and
– a fireplace room.
The game room features a foosball table, as well as numerous games for young and old alike. Large sliding glass doors lead from the common area to the south-facing terrace (44 m²) and the covered west-facing terrace (26 m²), both of which are furnished with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs.
During the warmer months, our wooden hot tub provides a refreshing experience. It’s located on the south terrace, and up to 6 people can use it at the same time. We use a fully automatic dosing system to treat the bathwater, ensuring that only the absolutely necessary amount of chlorine is added.
From the terrace, a staircase leads down to the romantic garden with a play area and lawn for lounging.
Bine’s holiday rental is equipped with free Wi-Fi and features a flat-screen TV.
It’s well-suited for 2 to 3 families with young children, for groups of up to 9 people, or even for 3 couples.
