Construction work (building a new apartment building) is currently underway on the neighbouring property and is expected to continue through the end of 2026. Unfortunately, there will be occasional disruptions (noise, etc.) during the construction phase. However, we will do everything we can, in consultation with the developer, to keep these disturbances to a minimum.

Welcome to the “Ostseetraumsuite 09”—your cosy mezzanine apartment for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. The holiday rental offers a pleasant atmosphere for up to three people and is the ideal retreat for relaxing days by the sea.

A special highlight is the sunny south-facing balcony. Here, you can start your day with breakfast in the fresh air, enjoy the sun, or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

The bright living area invites you to linger with its cosy seating area. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for a third person. The open kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a dinner together.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights and offers a quiet retreat after an eventful day on the Baltic Sea coast.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer, providing additional comfort during your stay.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

For a convenient arrival, a parking space is available in the underground garage.

A holiday right by the sea in a location close to the beach. The spacious holiday apartments in the “Aquamarin” apartment building accommodate 2–5 people and are ideal for couples and small families. Each apartment features a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down at the end of the day. An lift provides convenient access to all floors, while the underground car park offers secure parking. Pets are also welcome in select apartments. Enjoy modern comforts, a short walk to the beach, and a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea!
