This property strictly accommodates only one dog, weighing 30 pounds or less, with prior approval and paid $250 pet fee. No exceptions can be made. We appreciate your cooperation and respecting this firm property rule.

**Please note that there are active security cameras on the exterior of this home. One on the front entrance, two in the sides of the house, and one facing in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home
