Enjoy your holiday in our holiday home just outside the city of Hamburg. This beautiful half-timbered house was renovated 2022-2023 into a modern holiday home with approximately 60 m² of living space.

The ground floor features a bright, open living area and a bathroom with cream-colored tiles and underfloor heating throughout the entire level. A kitchen in the dining area features a two-chamber convection fryer, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a hob, and a sink. Amenities on the ground floor include a dining table set for 4 people, a comfortable sofa set, and a TV.
The beautiful bathroom features a harmonious palette of light colours. An accessible shower has been installed here. A bathroom cabinet keeps your travel essentials organised.
The attic features a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeper sofa (1.38 m x 1.90 m), two wardrobes, and a table. This beautiful room is filled with natural light.
In the shade of beautiful oak trees, you can spend relaxing hours on the terrace in front of the house. A grill and a set of upholstered chairs are available for your use.
A washing machine and a clothesline are located in an outbuilding. You can also lock your bicycles here.
We also offer a shelter for motorcycles.

Location description:
You’ll stay in a quiet, idyllic, and rural setting, just about a 5-minute drive from city centre Buchholz. The beautiful heathland town of Jesteburg is also about an 8-minute drive away.
Buchholz in der Nordheide is located about 35 km south of Hamburg. The enchanting heathland landscape, with its forests, streams, and meadow-lined valleys, offers numerous hiking and biking trails as well as a variety of recreational activities, such as tennis, bowling, golf, swimming, gyms, a cinema, and a large event centre featuring a variety of performances, including theatre, concerts, readings, cabaret, and comedy.
All the shops you need for daily necessities, as well as restaurants, cafés, a hospital, doctors’ offices, and pharmacies, are located right in town.
This small town has excellent transport connections. Its proximity to the A 1 and A 7 highways, as well as the B 75, allows for quick access to Hamburg or Bremen. You can reach the city of Hamburg in about 25 minutes, either by car or by train directly from the Buchholz train station.
