Beautiful house right on campus - located on Tennessee Avenue across from Quintard dorm and just a quarter mile from The Cross and Morgans Steep. 4 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 10 comfortably with an additional bunk bed in the downstairs twin bedroom. This house is newly furnished and fully stocked - ready to rent. Quiet home that is just a stroll from restaurants and the bookstore. Perfect for parent visits and other University gatherings.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The lock box is located on the side porch door and the code to unlock it is "2026". Inside you'll find the keys and the garage door opener.
Please placed used towels in the washer or in the basket in the laundry room. Please place all trash in trash cans outside and secure the lids.
Please return keys to the lock box. Please put used linens in the washer or in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Also, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run before you leave.
