Skiin uns Skiout ist nur bei ausreichender Schneelage möglich.

Die Balkontür hängt ein wenig, dadurch quietscht sie ziemlich laut, was sehr unschön ist und nervt.

Bezüglich des Ski-in und Ski-outs müssen wir Ihnen zustimmen. Leider hat es die Schneelage in letzter Zeit nicht mehr zugelassen, mit den Skiern bis zur Straße zu fahren. Alles in allem gut

Die Lage ist gut zum Ski fahren und ins Dorf zu laufen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sich großzügig, der Wohnraum könnte dafür ein wenig größer sein. Viele schränke in den Zimmern. Gefriermöglichkeit vorhanden. Kein Backofen. Kaffeemaschine lässt nur geringe Menge raus. Anordnung Spülmaschine und müllschrank schlecht da man ggf. beides gleichzeitig brauch. Hängeschrank bleibt beim öffnen nicht mehr oben und saust einem auf den Kopf wenn man nicht aufpasst. Teekanne fehlt. Plastikgeschirr und Becher für kleine kinder ist empfehlenswert anzuschaffen. Wenig schränke in der Küche Sachen zu verstauen. Sauberkeit in Ecken oder auch auf der Küche nicht so toll. Ein Staubsauger wäre auch super gewesen und auch ein Wischer da doch viel Dreck in einer Woche in die Wohnung kommt, gerade wenn der Schnee schmilzt.

Es ist schön zu hören, dass Ihnen unser Apartment gefallen hat und Sie mit der Lage des Apartments zufrieden waren. Gerne möchten wir auch auf Ihre Kritikpunkte eingehen. Solche Rückmeldungen unserer Gäste sind für uns essentiell, um unsere Leistungen verbessern zu können. Gerade eben sind wir dabei, in beinahe allen Apartments einen Backofen einzubauen, so auch im Apartment 1.09. Ihre Anregung bezüglich der Kaffeemaschine und dem Küchenoberschrank haben wir schon auf unserer To Do Liste notiert. Diesen beiden Dingen werden wir nachgehen und die Probleme beheben. Außerdem möchten wir uns bei Ihnen entschuldigen, dass das Apartment an einigen Stellen unzureichend gereinigt wurde. Wir sind in ständigem Austausch mit unserem Reinigungsteam und werden Ihre Bewertung an das Team weitergeben. Dies sollte natürlich nicht passieren. In unseren Apartments sind in den Schränken im Flur Kehrgarnituren deponiert, um Brösel oder Ähnliches aufzunehmen. Um einmal die Wohnung zu saugen, finden unsere Gäste in den Waschräumen im Haus 2 und Haus 4 jeweils einen Staubsauger, den man sich gerne ausleihen darf. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist Sache des jeweiligen Eigentümers. Es gibt natürlich Apartments in denen es Plastikgeschirr für Kinder gibt, allerdings ist das nicht in jedem Apartment der Fall. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal im Alpenstolz Damüls begrüßen zu dürfen und wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie eine gute Zeit! Ihr Team von Alpin Apartments
