1 living/bedroom with a pull-out couch that’s very comfortable to sleep on, a coffee table, a sitting area, and a kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses), satellite TV, ADSL internet access, stereo system, coat rack, children’s swing, 1 bedroom with a double bed and closet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, and radio, 1 separate toilet.



Our farm is nestled among rolling vineyards in Styria’s thermal spa and volcanic region. Right where the pumpkins grow, we cultivate pumpkins, corn, soya beans, and grains on 26 hectares of farmland.

Cosy rooms and holiday apartments invite you to enjoy a relaxing or adventure-filled holiday. A traditional farmhouse atmosphere is created by handcrafted solid-wood furniture, natural decor, old farmhouse elements, and the lovingly appointed interiors.
Other amenities include a breakfast room with a drink fridge, a corner featuring regional products, and a sauna with a relaxation room. In the large garden, featuring a pavilion, playground, rabbits and sheep, go-karts, a pedal tractor, football goal, ping-pong table, and more, children can really let off steam.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
