Welcome to the “Hoamatl.” Spacious, cosy, and comfortable. On the ground floor, you’ll find: a lovely entryway; a practical kitchen with a cosy dining area; and a rustic living room with a tiled stove. A cosy, large patio. A separate bathroom. A bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a shower, and two sinks. A washing machine. Upstairs you’ll find: Two cosy bedrooms with balconies (one of which has an additional couch and a single bed). A cosy “corner” seating area and satellite TV. Wi-Fi.

The Old Farmstead—a gem on the Lormanberg Our Old Farmstead on the Lormanberg, 2.5 km from Kirchberg an der Raab, is your personal oasis of well-being, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by the lovely Styrian countryside, you can fully enjoy the peace and beauty of nature here.
This country estate, revitalised according to eco-friendly construction standards, has even been honoured as a Styrian landmark—a symbol of sustainability and tradition.
In our large natural garden, countless flowers—such as roses and shrubs—bloom, inviting you to stroll through this green paradise and let your mind wander. You can enjoy plenty of sunny and shady spots from a lounge chair or a hammock.
Many different herbs grow in the guest herb garden, just waiting to be used.
Our drink and wine cellar is open 24 hours a day—every guest receives a key to the cellar.
Our farmstead is also home to our friendly neighbors—the sheep, chickens, and cats—who bring even more life to this idyllic setting.
The adjacent small forest offers pure relaxation through forest swimming. At the edge of the forest, children can enjoy the trampoline, playing in the sand, and swinging.
A barbecue area and campfire site are also available.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
