The property was very clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and responded to our messages promptly. The location advertised on VRBO was inaccurate; however, it worked out well for us, as the correct location was close to shopping, restaurants, etc., only a 10-minute walk away.We will definitely consider this location again if needed.

**Comfortable, Quiet, and a Great Jacksonville Stay**I really enjoyed my stay at this home. It’s located in a quiet, established neighborhood in Jacksonville, while still being conveniently close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and everything I needed during my visit.The home itself was exactly what I was looking for: spacious, very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at home here, but there is also plenty of space to make it a great option for a family visiting the Jacksonville area.One thing that especially stood out was the owner’s attentiveness. Throughout my stay, the owner regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. That personal attention was greatly appreciated and made the experience even better.Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a convenient location. I would absolutely recommend this property to solo travelers, couples, or families, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Jacksonville.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Why they chose this property

We chose Avenue because it is one of the most charming and walkable neighborhoods in Jacksonville, with beautiful early 20th century homes and welcoming atmosphere so it’s perfect to experience the city like a local. It also filled with local small businesses on pedestrian friendly setting just stroll away from St. John’s River and Jacksonville’s downtown.

What makes this property unique

The house is located five minutes away for Downton Avondale, really close to Riverside and Downtown Jacksonville. Our street is really quiet, peaceful and well connected, which makes the house the perfect place to rest and relax.
