The space
Enjoy clean, great-tasting filtered water from every faucet in the house throughout your stay. The property is equipped with a whole-home water filtration system, providing fresh, filtered water for our guests.

You can bring your fishing gear and enjoy relaxing days by the pond while fishing, unwinding, and watching the sunset in complete peace and privacy. Just step out the back door and you’ll be right by the water, ready to enjoy fishing right on the property.

For your safety, peace of mind, and the comfort of our neighbors, the entire property is equipped with a noise monitoring alarm system that helps ensure a respectful and quiet environment at all times.

Guest access
Guest access is separated, with a dedicated outdoor area specifically designed and assigned for guests within a black-fenced section of the yard.

Dedicated parking is available directly in front of the main house, along the curb at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Other things to note
All essentials are provided by the host, including complimentary surprise treats and beverages (which may vary for each guest), coffee, face towels, bath towels, fingertip towels, makeup removal towels, fresh bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and comforters.

For your comfort, we also provide premium Dove toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

No additional guests or visitors are permitted on the property unless approved by the host at the time of booking. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Guests are not permitted to cross the black-fenced area, which is exclusively assigned for guest use.
