The space
Code to the private gated driveway entrance will be provided with a house guidebook link closer to check-in time. There is plenty of parking space. This farmhouse has 1 Gig fiber high speed internet which is perfect for remote work needs. Instacart and DoorDash deliver. Dollar General is just a short drive away from the house.

Main Floor
The main level features a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private ensuite full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat. An additional full shared bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located in the hallway.
The heart of the home includes a welcoming living room, a fully equipped main kitchen, and a spacious dining area perfect for sharing meals and making memories together.
The main floor also offers:
* One bedroom with a queen-size bed
* A third bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attached mini kitchen, providing extra convenience for guests who appreciate additional privacy and flexibility.

Downstairs Basement
The finished basement offers even more space for your group to spread out and unwind. It includes:
* A comfortable living room
* An additional sitting area room
* A shared full bathroom
* Two private bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed
* A third bedroom featuring a kids' daybed with two twin mattresses, making it a great space for children or additional guests.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy the charm of country living from the expansive wraparound porch, complete with multiple seating areas perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a strict no-parties policy and a maximum occupancy of 10 people at all times, including all visitors and children. This limit is in place due to the capacity of our water well system and other property considerations.

This is our personal residence that we stay in with our extended family often. Therefore, this is a pet-free home because of pet allergies within our family.
