Nice and cosy place

Very good place, close to everything, at the same time calm and very cosy. Very comfortable bed and mattress, also you have everything you need there - small fridge, plates, glasses, cooking staff. Because of the open space at the second floor would recommend it for families or couples

Great location, flat and host

Great apartment for me and my wife for a week. Awesome location, close to transportation, grocery stores, many different kind of restaurants,. Check-in was easy and the apartment has everything you might need. Christian is very responsive and flexible host. We will definitely book again when in Berlin.

Cozy and comfortable

This is a nice and comfortable place that fit our needs. Our Son and family live just around the corner and we like the Friedrickshaine area of Berlin. It met all of our needs for our own little apartment near our family.

The apartment was very close to transport. well equipped for self-catering. Bed was comfortable. Some english speaking TV would have been good.

Convenient place to stay

Very convenient to city centre and central station by u-bahn access. Cooking facilities can be improved by changing the microwave into baking oven. Other essential facilities are available and convenient.

Location, location, location

My daughter was abroad for school and I met her at the end of her studies. We spent a week here, using it as our launching point to tour. Easy connection to transportation, great restaurants a couple blocks away and a very quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect space to drop our bags, shower and sleep!

Warm and cozy with everything that was needed supplied by Christian the host. Cleaning product and necessary oils and spices ect for cooking which was very much appreciated. Would use this apartment again.

Perfect Flat and Safe Location

I visited with two daughters. Property is as described and we felt very safe in this area. Transportation systems just a quick walk away. Host was great, answered timely and allowed us to check in early due to flight changes. Flat was clean and comfortable. Happy to be able to cook a couple meals in. We all slept well on the beds and loved the little porch. Having a washing machine was a nice bonus! Looking forward to booking again!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain

This apartment is in a great location, close to public transport (trams, trains). It is also walking distance from supermarkets and many restaurants/cafes/bars, including Boxhagener Platz (15min walk) where there is a nice farmers market on Sundays. The apartment has a heater and very warm bedding. The bed was very comfortable too. There is a nice outdoor table and chairs in the courtyard and a kitchen/stove for cooking. Checkin was very straightforward and Christian was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages.

Quiet retreat in busy Frierichshain

Everything worked well. Christian was great getting us information and tips. The small patio with table was great. There were also a clothes drying rack as well as lones to hang clothes outside under a tarp. It was near U-bahn 5 for easy commuting. We were there 6 nights so bought an 7-day all transportation pass for sectors AB and on the last day paid for the sector c to get to the airport.The only caution would be if your are quite tall a, the ceilings are low in the loft. I’m 5’9” and had no problem . My daughter is 6’ and slept down on the couch. This wouldn’t have worked if my 6’5” husband had been with us.We had agreat time. Thank you Christian!

Wahr alles in der nähe,zum Einkaufen.Verkehrsverbindungen Optimal.Das Bad ist wie beim Camping,neben der Küche,geht aber.Die Heizung im Bad sollte Repariert werden,sie Tropft und Rostet und dir Duschboden müsste auch mal erneuert werden.Ansonsten ist alles Korrekt

Sehr schöne schnuckelige Wohnung in top Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Berlin Friedrichshain in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist besonders wegen der Nähe zur U5 hervorzuheben. In Null Komma nix ist man mit der U-Bahn an allen touristischen Hotspots. Durch den bereitgestellten kleinen Backofen war ein schönes Frühstück möglich ohne vorher die Wohnung verlassen zu müssen. Die Terrasse ist ein weiteres Highlight, wir hatten wirklich wunderschönes Wetter, da konnte man die Sonne genießen. Alles in allem wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip.
