The building dates back to the 1950s and was recently thoroughly yet carefully renovated to preserve its personal character while incorporating modern amenities. As a result, this comfortable ground-floor holiday apartment combines homely charm and tradition with sustainable renovation and state-of-the-art technology.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a ground-level bathroom with a large shower and toilet, and a separate guest bathroom. The living and sleeping areas are connected by a wide passageway and are fully equipped. A curtain allows you to easily separate the areas, and the sofa can be converted into a comfortable guest bed in just a few simple steps, providing a total of four sleeping spots. The south-facing sunroom captures the sun’s warmth.

This is a non-smoking apartment. The minimum stay is 5 days; final cleaning and linens are provided by the landlord. A washing machine is available. The apartment includes a parking space behind the house. Dogs are also welcome upon request.
