Hey André, in a review, you're supposed to rate the accommodation and how you liked it. It's nothing unusual for an owner to be on vacation in the summer. You had all your contact details available at all times and could have contacted us at any time if there were any problems. The house was prepared and cleaned before your arrival. You spoke to the owner three times and were told you could contact her at any time. Next time, please rate what's relevant.
