Apartment 5 in the Seeblick building is modern and lovingly furnished. It features a separate sleeping area, a bright living area with an open kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It measures approximately 42 square metres. The comfortable living area, featuring a couch (which converts into a bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.90 m) + coffee table, an armchair, a floor lamp, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV offers you a cosy place to unwind after eventful days on the Mönchgut Peninsula. Adjacent to this is an open, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, induction cooktop, various small kitchen appliances, and a dining area. Right next door is the cosy bedroom, which is furnished with a wardrobe and a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). An additional flat-screen TV completes the room. The cosy, interior bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a sink area with a mirror. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot (without bedding but including a mattress) are available. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest and can have its own sleeping area for a fee. A private beach chair (April 1–October 31) is available for relaxing outdoors right on the Bodden. A bicycle storage area is available free of charge for you and all guests of the house for shared use. Your parking space is located just under 100 metres from the house and is included in your stay. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. Located directly on the picturesque Greifswald Bodden, this is the perfect holiday home for solo travellers, families, and couples. For active holidaymakers, an extensive network of hiking and biking trails stretches through the immediate vicinity of Mariendorf and Middelhagen. The well-known Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, and Binz are easily accessible by bike or car in just a few minutes.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
