This approximately 35 m² holiday rental is located on the ground floor of an apartment building (lift available) and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building is located at Stranddistelweg 4, just a few minutes’ walk from the magnificent Südstrand and the beautiful marina.

The lovely holiday apartment features a combined living, sleeping, and dining area with a modern kitchenette, a cosy dining and living area with a couch, and a double bed (140x200 cm). The apartment also features a separate bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm). You can relax in the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet and a shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The bright kitchenette invites you to cook and enjoy your meals.
The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (2 ceramic burners), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.)

The living area is cosy and modernly furnished with a couch, coffee table, and a dining area. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are also provided. The large picture window lets plenty of light into the apartment and offers a beautiful view.
The entire apartment is floored with modern vinyl planks.

The apartment also includes a designated parking space. Four-legged family members are welcome!

Thanks to the holiday rental’s excellent location, you’ll find plenty of recreational activities right nearby. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, go stand-up paddleboarding, jump on a trampoline, swim in the Baltic Sea, or—if the weather’s bad—visit the “Fehmahre” water park. The island’s capital, Burg, is just a few minutes away by bike.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot manage this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. Detailed information on this can be found in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
