Beautiful apartment near the beach in a low-traffic area close to city centre! A cosy and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom holiday apartment awaits you.

The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 1a. The bright and modern apartment features free Wi-Fi and can accommodate 4 adults and one toddler.

It is divided into a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, and 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors. A travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided. A washing machine is also available for your use.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and one of the bedrooms features an additional flat-screen TV.

The cosy living room features a fireplace and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, so you can enjoy even rainy days in comfort. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed; these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area for up to 4 people is also at your disposal, promising enjoyable evenings spent playing games or cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everything (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided to get you started).

A telephone is available in the apartment. You can make free calls to German landlines and cell phones.

From the living room, you step out onto the spacious terrace with a beach chair and private garden, which invites you to relax and play. Garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are available for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings. A small playground with a swing and slide is also part of our family-friendly apartment, because even our youngest guests are well taken care of here.

A lockable shed is available for bicycles.
The apartment also features a parking space on the property.

The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.



Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach the Burgstaaken Harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor. At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience first-hand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbour.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here, in addition to the FehMare water park and a white sandy beach with beach chairs, you’ll find a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.
