Other Things to Note:

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this requirement unless prior approval has been granted by Hoste.

🚭 SMOKING: No smoking inside the property.

🤫 QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of neighbors.

🚫 🔥 FIRE: Wood-burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited.

🐾 PETS: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort of all guests. No animals are permitted on the premises (standard service animals are exempt from this rule) .

🗑️ TRASH: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave trash out overnight.

🛠️ MAINTENANCE: We do not have on-site maintenance unlike hotels, but all requests are handled ASAP.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
