House Anna—is one half of a duplex. It is a single-story unit featuring a large living and dining area that opens onto a private patio. It includes a spacious kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. There is also an additional bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine on the ground floor. The entryway features a large coat closet, from which a staircase leads upstairs to two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a couch, and a balcony. The second bedroom has three single beds and a walk-in closet. The upstairs also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If needed, additional guests can be accommodated by converting the couch into a bed. Each person beyond the fourth will incur an additional charge. From your private terrace, you’ll enjoy views across meadows and fields, to horse paddocks and adjacent forests. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be possible, but only upon prior arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. Later check-out may be possible upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Pets are allowed upon request (10.00 EUR per night for dogs). An extra bed is available upon request. Payment is due upon arrival in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 100.00 EUR will be charged after booking. In addition to the basic amenities in the houses, we offer the following items for children—upon request and at no extra charge: * Cot * High chair * Changing table with pad * Nappy pail with lid * Baby bathtub * Safety rail for “regular” beds * Potty Please note: availability is limited, so advance reservation is required! There are also some board and card games, as well as crayons, available in the houses :-)
