This beautiful ground-floor apartment in a well-maintained apartment building offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: first-class amenities, a fantastic location, and an outdoor oasis of well-being.

You can easily access the apartment via the underground car park entrance, from which you can take the lift directly to the apartment (please select the 2nd floor). Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a hallway with a spacious closet and a full-length mirror.

The naturally lit bathroom is spacious and features a shower, toilet, and double sink. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a large closet, and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) for two additional guests.

The highlight of the apartment is the spacious living/dining area with a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with high-quality Miele appliances. A dining table provides space for shared meals and game nights, and the counter with bar stools is perfect for a quick snack.

The covered terrace and adjacent garden invite you to enjoy the peace and quiet—perhaps with a glass of Lake Constance wine. Even in bad weather, you can relax wonderfully in the bright living area with a view of the garden, read a book, or listen to music.

The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space, and a bike storage room is available on the garage level.

Lake Constance is a 13-minute walk away, and the pedestrian zone is just 19 minutes away. There, you can shop in the charming alleys, enjoy an ice cream, or raise a glass of Lake Constance Secco at a chic spot along the lakefront promenade. We’d be happy to give you tips on the best local spots.

One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
