Perfect for families and large groups! Enjoy a spacious private 2-bedroom house in Panglao for up to 15 guests. Just 3–5 minutes by car or motorbike from Alona Beach and 3 minutes from the airport.
Enjoy free videoke, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and private gated parking.
We can also help arrange airport or port transfers and local Bohol tours.

You'll have the whole house and gated garden exclusively for your group.
The house has two large air-conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 King-size bed and 2 Queen-size beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed and 2 Double beds
An extra mattress can be placed in the living room when needed.
The house can accommodate up to 15 guests. For larger groups, please send us an enquiry to see if we can accommodate you.
There is one bathroom with a heated shower, and towels are provided.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, double gas stove, rice cooker, electric kettle and basic cooking equipment. A drinking-water dispenser is provided, with one free gallon of drinking water included.
Outside, there is a simple Filipino-style BBQ grill and a covered porch with a table and chairs.

Guests have private access to the entire house, gated garden and parking area.
Interaction with guests
We respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy the house, but we're available if you need any help during your stay.

We have our own private van and can help arrange airport or port transfers. We can also help arrange local Bohol tours for your group. Please message us for availability and details.

There is a local store just up the road, with an ATM and Korean restaurant directly opposite the property.
Alona Beach is around a 15-minute walk if you prefer not to drive.
Free videoke is available for guests to enjoy. We simply ask guests to be considerate of the surrounding community.
