Ikke fritliggende hus men flot lejlighed

Lejligheden er 1. Sal i en villa med værten boende nedenunder. Man skal ikke forvente egen udgang til terrasse og have men der er dog afgang til disse (ned af trappen). Lejligheden er dog meget flot og rummelig med alle faciliteter.
