The high-quality amenities include 2 double bedrooms and a loft with 2 single beds (and a full-height glass gable), as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, a washing machine, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment; a living room with a dining area, a cosy corner sofa, a smart TV, and a Teufel sound system. A wood-burning fireplace in the living area for cosy evenings rounds out the feel-good experience. On the loft, there is also an open space with an armchair that invites you to read or let your gaze wander through the bat dormer into the garden.

A covered south-facing terrace with lounge chairs and patio furniture, as well as a spacious private garden, invite you to enjoy nature and allow you to relax immediately. The shady apple tree right next to the terrace inspires you to bake delicious apple pie in the summer.

Your two parking spaces are located right next to the house. All of our accommodation is non-smoking and fully equipped.
