Beautiful, quiet holiday rental in the heart of the Vulkaneifel—on the outskirts of Daun. This ground-floor apartment in a detached two-family home features a large garden with direct access to the forest.
The Maare-Mosel Bike Trail, as well as access points to the Eifelsteig and Lieserpfad hiking trails, are just a few hundred metres away.
The nearest bakery is 800 metres away. The city centre, with its restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as the tourist information office, is within walking distance. (Cafés, cinema, indoor pool, Volcano Museum, etc.)
The Maare craters can be reached via designated hiking trails (3 km) or are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Nürburgring and various towns along the Moselle are nearby and perfect for lovely day trips.
The Daun Wildlife and Adventure Park is 7 km away.
The distance to the A1 highway is approximately 5 km.

The 65-square-meter holiday apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living/dining room. 
The bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2023, features a walk-in shower with a seat, a toilet, and a sink.
The living area features a corner couch that can be easily converted into a sleeper couch, allowing for accommodation for 4 people. (Of course, the necessary bedding will be provided.)
You’ll also find a TV with satellite connection and a stereo system here.
The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. A coffee machine is also available in the dining area. 
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a bread maker, a toaster, a kettle, a hand mixer, an egg cooker, and an air fryer, as well as all necessary dishes and utensils. 
The patio, furnished with a garden table, 4 garden chairs, and two lounge chairs, is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or to enjoy the evening sun with a delicious glass of Mosel wine. An electric grill is also available there. From the upper part of the garden, you have direct access to the adjacent forest trail through a gate.
A parking space is available for you right next to the accommodation. In the garage belonging to the house, you can securely store all types of bicycles.

On-site costs: Towels and bed linens are provided in the holiday rental. Final cleaning is included in the price. Price plus local tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person/per night—payable on site. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available in the apartment. Free parking space directly at the holiday rental, lockable bike garage.
