Dear Guests,

Here, you can enjoy peace and nature in a modern, newly built, sustainable apartment. Pets are expressly welcome. Our houses are the last ones on the left before the nature reserves begin. We place great importance on ensuring a relaxing stay.

This apartment is new and modern. We avoid unnecessary decorations, as these usually appeal only to a few guests or have to be put away by pet owners.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and if anything is missing, we’re happy to help. Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and a kettle.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available, as well as satellite TV.

Our complex has 3 EV charging stations, which can be used for a fee.

Apartment 6 features a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a dryer. Towels are provided for your stay.

Underfloor heating, powered by eco-friendly geothermal energy combined with solar power, is available throughout the entire apartment.

In your bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with electric slatted frames, allowing you to adjust the bed for maximum comfort.

From the living/dining/kitchen area, you can access the 12-square-meter south/west-facing balcony.

You also have access to a storage room where you’ll find additional everyday household items, including a vacuum cleaner and standard household cleaning supplies.

Weather permitting, you can use the patio furniture to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or simply relax.

A separate entrance provides convenient access to the holiday rental.

If you’re arriving by motorcycle, we’d be happy to make our garage available to you. The same applies to your e-bikes.

Our property, which spans over 4,000 square metres, offers plenty of space for playing and running around—for example, on the playground, which your children are welcome to use.

In case of bad weather, we have a common room where you can borrow plenty of books or games.
You can also help yourself to various toiletries there if you’ve forgotten to bring your own.

For our youngest guests, we can also provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request. Please feel free to contact us about this.

Upon request, we also offer a shuttle service to the Nideggen-Brück train station if you plan to arrive or depart via the Rurtalbahn.

If this apartment is already fully booked, we have four additional apartments for 4 people and three more apartments, each accommodating 2 people.
