It was the perfect place to stay with our family for a Mannheim/Heidelberg visit. Communication was quick and friendly. We loved our stay!

Germany for the holiday

Exactly as pictured, well stocked kitchen for cooking. The property is brand new condition with recent renovations, perfect for family traveling together.

Es handelt sich um eine großzügige Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.Das Bad ist schön groß. Leider gab es kein heißes Wasser im Bad. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Display des Ofens ist kaputt, so dass man nicht sehen kann, welche Einstellung man vorgenommen hat.Es gibt ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin. Hier ist leider der eine Rollladen defekt. Ein weiteres ruhiges Schlafzimmer in den Hinterhof. Das Babybett ist nicht nutzbar, weil kaputt.Leider war das WLAN defekt. Dies bedingte, dass auch die Fernseher nicht funktionierten. Die Probleme mit WLAN und Warmwasserversorgung im Bad ließen sich nicht lösen. Uns wurde eine andere Feriewohnung angeboten, die wir bezogen haben. Zudem wurde uns eine Entschädigung gezahlt. Die Vermieterinnen waren freundlich und bemüht, die Probleme zu beheben.
