The approximately 70 m² holiday apartment 'Richters Hof auf der Hiege' accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, a workspace, TV, as well as a baby cot and high chair for your comfort.
Enjoy your private balcony with barbecue – ideal for outdoor meals. The shared garden and playground offer additional opportunities for relaxation and family activities, surrounded by peaceful nature with mountain views of forests and meadows in an idyllic secluded location.
Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee, but must be kept off beds and sofas. Events and parties are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A shared bicycle storage room is available for your bikes. A washing machine can be used for an extra fee.
The property is located in a quiet, green area, also home to several bulls and two sheep. The friendly, child-loving and playful farm dog roams freely on the property. Your host lives in the same building as the apartment. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, cycling, visit a mine, or explore amusement parks and bike parks. The accommodation features energy- and water-saving facilities, and you will receive instructions on proper waste separation upon arrival.
