Das Apartment "Usedomer Luft" entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung des Vermieters. Geräumiges, sauberes, bestens ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich, sehr ruhige Lage. Im Untergeschoß ein zweckmäßig ausgestatteter Fitessraum mit Cardiogeräten und einem Multifunktionsgerät, Hanteln etc., ferner ein großer Gesellschaftsbereich mit Spielgelegenheiten für Kinder. Weiterhin befindet sich im UG ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. In der 3. Etage großzügiger Saunabereich mit Dusche und Ruhemöglichkeiten. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen ist das Apartment ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlenswert.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im großen Bad haben wir Handtuchhalter vermisst. Wer mit eigenen Fahrrädern kommt, hat viel Platz im großen Fahrradraum ebenerdig. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Haus sind super. Im Keller viele Spielmöglichkeiten und Spielsachen für kleine und große Kinder , aber auch für Erwachsene Billiard, Tischtennis usw. Auf dem Dach die Möglichkeit in die Sauna zu gehen. Haben wir nicht genutzt. Was auch sehr erholsam war, die Ruhe . Mit den Fahrrädern gute Möglichkeiten nach in Ahlbeck , Heringsdorf, Swinemünde usw. zu radeln . Oder nur nach Kamminke zur Fischräucherei , dorthin auch zu Fuß möglich für fitte Menschen .
