Step inside the Achterliek top-floor apartment, freshly renovated in the spring of 2023! A private entrance leads you up the stairs to the hallway. The bright, new kitchen has everything you could want and is fully equipped. For coffee lovers, there’s both a Senseo and a drip coffee maker. Next door is the bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, perfect for dreaming and relaxing. Across the hall is the bright, modern shower room. Ideal for children, the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. A desk and a closet round out this room. In the large, bright living/dining area, you can unwind and relax. The cosy sofa and armchair arrangement is perfect for enjoying fun game nights or casual get-togethers. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity, and smartphone charging stations provide modern technology. From here, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture, a lounge chair, and a beach umbrella. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the sunshine. The owners have lovingly furnished and decorated the apartment—a true oasis of well-being! The apartment includes a shed where 3 children’s bikes and 2 adult bikes are available (use at your own risk). The shed also has room for 4 additional guest bicycles. The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available! Pets are not allowed.

The renovated Achterliek apartment offers guests everything they need to spend a wonderful and relaxing time in and around Greetsiel! The property is ideal for a holiday as a couple or with the whole family.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.

Eine sehr durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Extra sind die Fahrräder im Schuppen und die vielen Spiele in der Wohnung. Auch mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung "Achterliek". Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die sehr laute Badezimmertür.

Straßenlärm ohne Ende nicht zu empfehlen

Leider konnte der Balkon wegen Dauerstraßenlärm nicht genutzt werden. Auf der stark befahrenen Straße, hier gilt Tempo 100, fahren stündlich zwischen 200 und 400 Fahrzeuge vorbei. Von mir mittels Videos dokumentiert. Dazu landwirtschaftliche Fahrzeuge und Motorräder. Straßenlärm auch nachts durchgehend. Straße liegt ca. 30 m von der Wohnung entfernt. . Bei dem Lärm wurde man leider öfters geweckt, Kein Erholungsschlaf möglich. Meine Firma vermietet auch über FEWO Ferienwohnungen. Aber wir putzen die Fenster vor einer Vermietung. Hier waren einige Fenster sehr schmutzig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sogar Lademöglichkeiten für Handys und Tablets sind im Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Im Kinderzimmer steht neben einem Stockbett auch ein kleiner Schreibtisch zur Verfügung, welcher zum Malen und Basteln benutzt werden kann. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus Richtung Landstraße. Somit hört man bei geöffneten Fenster den Verkehr, ist aber nicht weiter störend. Klare Weiterempfehlung, ich würde die Wohnung selbst jederzeit wieder buchen!
