Welcome to the renovated, cosy “Alte Fischerkate” in the heart of Greetsiel! Come on in! From the hallway, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area with a kitchen. In the bright kitchen, amateur chefs can try their hand at preparing East Frisian specialities. A dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven—everything you need is provided. A washing machine is also available. In the centre of the room, the cosy couch invites you to relax and unwind. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The dining area is accessible via a single step. Here you’ll find the brick fireplace with a mantelpiece. Unfortunately, for fire safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used. <br>The living area feels very cosy thanks to the exposed beams, stone floor, and wood panelling—an old fisherman’s cottage, but modernly renovated. A staircase leads to the open sleeping area, which is furnished with a double bed (mattress size 1.80 x 2.00 m; a large sheet is required) and a niche bed (for the third person; dimensions: 80 x 180 cm). You’ll also find a play area for the little ones there. On the ground floor, there’s a bright bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower. Behind the house, you’ll find a wonderful covered terrace with plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the North Sea air here! Wi-Fi is available. Unfortunately, there is no parking space directly at the property. You will receive a parking pass, allowing you to park for free in the large car park at the Zwillingsmühlen.<br><br>SPECIAL FEATURES<br>Beautiful holiday rental in a central location with a lovely backyard.<br><br>Note on linens: <br>Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.<br>If you prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:<br>Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set<br>We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!<br>Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
