Our house on the sun-drenched Kaunerberg features a total of 2 holiday apartments on the 1st floor. This apartment, Apartment Amelie 2, sleeps 4 people.

The holiday apartments are cosy and furnished with great care. They feature a traditional Tyrolean style with plenty of light wood to create a truly welcoming atmosphere.

A fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and comfortable beds round out the amenities for your mountain holiday. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains from your balcony and our well-maintained garden.

Each apartment has one parking space right next to the house. An additional parking space for another car or a caravan is available upon request. Also available upon request is a lockable garage for up to 2 motorcycles or bicycles. 

Looking to relax as a couple? Or seeking adventures and experiences on your own, as a group, or with the whole family? Our idyllically located holiday apartment is the perfect starting point for hiking and adventure holidays, as well as for winding motorcycle tours.

In winter, you can quickly reach the top-rated Ladis/Fiss/Serfaus ski resort (214 kilometres of slopes), just 12 km away, or the Kaunertal Glacier (with guaranteed snow from October through May).

You’ll be staying away from the usual tourist hotspots, so you can unwind in peace after a strenuous day on the slopes. Whether you’re into downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, or snowshoeing, everything is just a few minutes’ drive away.

• Each holiday rental has a parking space.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
