The newly built house was completed in 2023. This extraordinary home is situated on a DREAMY, SUNNY SLOPE with a STUNNING VIEW of the enchanting Styrian mountains. The house is nestled among meadows and forests, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The old farmhouse next door is unoccupied, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy!!!! In the summer, the farm is active, meaning there are animals on the property—which, of course, makes the whole experience even more delightful. A paved road leads to the house; the last kilometre is a new and easily navigable forest road. Parking is available right next to the house. Although situated in a very quiet location, the nearest town, St. Peter am Kammersberg, is only about 5 minutes away by car. The entire house has underfloor heating. The house is also very suitable for seniors.

Larch House “Unterer Brodl”:

The lower level of the house consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with a sink and mirror, a storage room, an entryway with a coat rack, and the heart of the home—the living-kitchen—featuring handmade wooden furniture. This room also features a beautiful handmade wood-burning stove with red tiles, which adds even more cosiness to the space. The inviting wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two additional bedrooms as well as the bathroom, which offers a direct view of nature. The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and additional storage space.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
