A warm welcome to our new, approximately 90 m² vacation apartment in the historic center of Battenberg an der Eder.
You’ll never want to leave! :-)
A vacation at “Linas Guter Stube” means arriving and feeling right at home. Our apartment, lovingly furnished in a country house style, is located on the upper floor of a historic farmstead and was restored and renovated in June 2023 in accordance with historic preservation guidelines.
The apartment is fully furnished to our taste, and we hope you’ll find everything you need. A successful blend of old and new, designed with charm, love, and a lot of care—just a little more than usual!

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The main bed offers plenty of space for two adults. The second double bed is 140 cm wide and is therefore intended more for two children. Due to its limited width, it is only suitable to a limited extent for two additional adults.

Infrastructure in Battenberg
Within walking distance of the apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a car-free vacation.
Right across the street, in “Alt-Battenberg,” you’ll find a cozy café and restaurant serving home-style cooking. Also nearby are a medical center, a pharmacy, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a hair salon, an EDEKA supermarket, a bakery, and a butcher shop that has won numerous awards for its sausage specialties. Everything is less than a five-minute walk away.
