The "Hafenriff" apartment building in Sassnitz is located on Hafenstraße and is only about 300 metres from the Baltic Sea and the city harbour. It is just as close to Jasmund National Park with its extensive beech forests. Sassnitz’s amenities are easily accessible on foot. Supermarkets and shopping options are nearby, as are numerous restaurants and cafes. An Asian restaurant is located right in the building.

The cosy, loft-style apartment is located in the rear building on the quiet courtyard of the “Hafenriff” apartment complex.
With 92 square metres of living space, it accommodates 4 people on the 1st floor and features a rooftop terrace.
There are two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 200) and large wardrobes with full-length mirrors. Bedroom 2 features two very spacious beds (140 x 200) and wardrobes.
The living room, equipped with a TV and radio, offers guests a cosy seating area as well as a large dining table that seats up to 8 people.
The bright and modern built-in kitchen is integrated into the living area and, in addition to a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, features a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The spacious, bright bathroom with windows features a large corner bathtub, a separate shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The apartment includes a rooftop terrace with patio furniture.
A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public car park at the city harbour, which is only about 200 metres away.
Or you can look for a public parking spot in the area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (using a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload.
