This cosy, non-smoking apartment has been furnished in a modern style and, with 75 m² of space, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday:
Unwind on the comfortable couch or enjoy the magnificent view through the panoramic windows from the dining table. The open-concept kitchen with a counter features a full range of high-end appliances, allowing you to comfortably prepare delicious meals; a Nespresso capsule machine with a milk frother is also provided.
Entertainment is also provided by a satellite LED TV and a stereo system with a CD player, radio, and iPhone USB port—free Wi-Fi and a selection of CDs, DVDs, games, and books are also available. The bathroom features a toilet, a bathtub with a rain showerhead, and a hair dryer.
The cosier bedroom offers a wonderful view of the garden located behind the house. If needed, the sleeper sofa in the second bedroom can be used by a child travelling with you.
Two dogs are also welcome to join you.

You’ll find all of this in Schwansen—that’s the name given to this region on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast. Just 8 km away lies the beautiful town of Arnis—with 279 residents, it’s Germany’s smallest town and one of the filming locations for the TV series “Der Landarzt.”
The small resort town of Schönhagen is situated directly on the Baltic Sea in the north of the Schwansen Peninsula (Schleswig-Holstein). The well-maintained white sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the Penthuus. From the top of the nearby cliffs (up to 26 metres high), you’ll enjoy a sweeping view across the Baltic Sea to the Danish archipelago. The town is also home to the Schloss Schönhagen Rehabilitation Clinic, which features a beautiful, publicly accessible park.
