Ahoy and a warm welcome to your dream holiday apartment in Hooksiel. The 73-square-meter “Ahoi” penthouse, rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association, is located in Haus Memmert within the newly built “Hookser Perle” holiday complex.

The apartment is easily accessible via an lift and accommodates 4 people (plus one toddler up to 3 years old). The furnishings are high-quality and modern, with a strong emphasis on design and functionality.

The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living-dining area with an open kitchen. From here, two large sliding doors open onto the spacious south-facing balcony (17.5 sqm), from which you’ll enjoy a great view of not only the dike but also the masts of the sailboats in Hooksiel Marina.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue and a smart TV. Cable TV and Netflix are included, and you can also use your own streaming services. A Bluetooth sound system and free Wi-Fi are also available.

The modern kitchen is designed to be highly functional and is well-suited even for taller guests. In addition to the dishwasher, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (filter coffee and Nespresso), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other useful kitchen appliances.
Comfortable seating is available on the balcony. Thanks to its location on the top floor, you can enjoy the sun on the two lounge chairs completely undisturbed.

The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is another luxurious highlight. After a hike on cold days, you can warm up in the infrared sauna built into the bathroom and relax under atmospheric ambient lighting. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe with sliding doors, and a smart TV. The beds are already made for you upon arrival; towels and other linens are provided as part of the mandatory linen package. A cot with a mattress (please bring your own children’s bedding), a portable changing table, and a high chair are also available.

In addition, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and high chair are available for your use. The apartment includes a storage room for your bicycles with charging facilities for e-bikes, and during the summer season, a personal and free beach chair on the sandy beach between Beach House 1 and the outer harbour.
