Our holiday home is approximately 80 square metres and can accommodate up to 5 people across two floors. The holiday home features a large living area and a bathroom on the ground floor. There you’ll find a sleeper sofa (1.40/2.00 m) for 2 people, the kitchen, and a dining area. A queen-size bed (1.40/2.00 m) and another bed (1.20/2.00 m) are located in the large, separate bedroom upstairs. The apartment is also equipped with a TV, a radio, and a dining table for 5 people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven with hob burners, a toaster, an egg cooker, a refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle. The apartment has a mix of laminate and tile flooring. The newly renovated bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is a seating area on the terrace in the building’s entrance area, and in the garden, there is a grill and a fire pit with seating sets and lounge chairs for relaxing. You can store your bicycles in a bike storage room. Dogs are allowed for a fee (10 EUR per night). Guided horseback riding tours are available at the property. The house is a smoke-free property; smoking is permitted outdoors. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10 EUR per night per dog. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.90 EUR per person per night is charged separately on-site. Towels and bed linens can be added to your reservation on-site upon request for a fee of 10 EUR per person per stay.
