A glance out of the window is enough to immerse yourself in the Alpine panorama, and to experience it yourself, you only need to take a few steps: You stay at the Damüls Country House just a stone's throw away from the lift.



With 2 double rooms and a sofa bed, there is sufficient space for 2 to 5 guests in Apartment 8. On warm evenings, you can let the day fade away on your private balcony, and in winter, it is cosiest indoors. The view is an absolute highlight 365 days a year and will sweeten the start of each holiday day for you.

Gepflegt und schön

Die Lage, der Balkon und der Ausblick, die moderne Wohnung, die Einrichtung, die Küchengeräte (alle funktionstüchtig, alle Messer scharf haben mir gut bis sehr gut gefallen. Der Service, immer jemand tel. oder per Mail erreichbar, die Freundlichkeit sehr gut. Nachteil: Das Haus liegt an der Furkajochstraße, als letztes Haus von Damüls. Motorradlärm von Dämmerung 05:45h bis Dämmerung 22:00h. Am Ende der Ortschaft wird beschleunigt bzw mit zu hoher Geschwindigkeit reingefahren. Von der Haustür raus steht man quasi auf dieser Straße, es gibt leider kein Gehweg bis runter in die Kurve (Alpenstern).. Alle Wege und Wanderwege von hier aus extrem steil. Das Stühlerücken auf dem Holzbalkon (besonders bei Familien mit Kindern ) ist laut und kann auch nerven. Der Zigarettenrauch zieht die Balkone hoch / entlang bis in die Nacht hinein. Zum Glück waren immer nur 3-4 Wohnungen von insgesamt 12 belegt. Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. An den Umständen, die ich negativ bewertet habe, kann man leider nichts ändern. Dazu bräuchte es gesetzliche Änderungen. Die Stühle auf den Balkons und in den Wohnungen sollten mit Filzgleitern ausgestattet werden.

Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick und Wandermöglichkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in den Bergen und bietet vom Balkon aus einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, sodass eine Selbstversorgung problemlos möglich ist. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Direkt ab der Unterkunft bestehen zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, was die Lage besonders attraktiv für Aktivurlauber macht. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Natur.

Tiptop von Anfang bis Ende

Es war alles unkompliziert, einfach und komfortabel - von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Super Apartment mit toller Ausstattung. 4 Minuten nur von der Piste entfernt. Ev. ein größeres Schneidbrett, vielleicht die Möglichkeit, weitere Handtücher dazu zu buchen.

Bezüglich der Handtücher handhaben wir es so, dass Gäste die 1 Woche bleiben auf Wunsch gerne 1x neue Handtücher bekommen.
