The residence is secure and includes two children's playgrounds and a free underground parking space. It is located just 6 minutes from Oued Laou Beach.

The swimming pool is closed every Friday.
The swimming pool is open from July 6 to August 31 only.
Unmarried couples are not accepted, in accordance with local regulations.
