The holiday home at Kampweg 26, also known as “Kamp Huus,” was renovated in 2026 and is located in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, a quiet and popular resort area right on the ocean. The sandy beach in Duhnen, with its beautiful promenade, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Numerous small shops, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance and invite you to stroll and enjoy the atmosphere. The AHOI! water park with its thalassotherapy centre is also nearby and offers wellness, fun, and relaxation for the whole family year-round.
The spa district is easily accessible from the train station by public transport.

“Kamp Huus,” modern and cosy with Nordic-style furnishings, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. It features a separate kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a modern bathroom. Two bright bedrooms accommodate four people—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The tastefully furnished living room with dining area opens onto the south-facing terrace. Make yourself at home and enjoy your holiday! For added convenience, free Wi-Fi and a parking space right on the property are available.

On the south-facing terrace, you can start your day with a relaxing breakfast and wind down comfortably in the evening. A small selection of board games is available for fun game nights. The private garden is perfect for relaxing and offers plenty of space for children to play.

During the summer months, numerous events take place on the beach, such as the Duhner Mudflat Race, sports competitions at the stadium by the sea, or concerts.


Prices are per night, plus a one-time service fee and utility charges. Electricity, water, and other utility costs are already included in the price. You also have the option to conveniently add rental bed linens and towels for a fee—as well as bath towels (shower towels), tea towels, shower mats, and high chairs. You can easily select these options in the booking form under “optional services.”
