Comfortable Quiet Downtown Studio Full Kitchen

Super cute & cozy Studio in the heart of downtown Havre. This unit has a combined living & sleeping area with a full size bed, a full kitchen & full bath. Walking distance to local wine bar, friendly taverns, dining, grocery store, movie theater, library, shopping & salons. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor & there is an extra long stairway with no elevator. Built in the early 1900's, you will find some original details remain, however, we have made every effort to make it comfortable! Guests may hear muffled noises from other apartments in the building or from businesses on the main floor. It is not fancy but very clean, quiet and conveniently located. Coin operated laundry is just down the hall. In the Summer and early fall there will be a Window A/C unit. The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, place settings for 4 and all necessary kitchen utensils for meal preparation and a small dining table to enjoy your efforts. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. The building has a locked entry, guests needs a key for access. There is no elevator to the second story, stairway well lite and is extra long and extra wide. Smoking / Vaping are absolutory prohibited! Pets are not allowed! This apartment has one full size bed. Because of limited space we do not allow air mattresses or cots to be used in the property.
