Welcome to one of three newly built holiday homes, equipped with underfloor heating in every room, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking in front of the house. Ferien-Haus-Auf-Fehmarn
It’s idyllically located and within walking distance of the beach. A handcart is available.
Here, our four-legged friends can run around and swim in the sea.

Ground Floor: A light-filled, open-concept living and kitchen area facing south, featuring a wood-burning stove and a large smart TV.
The cosy terrace, complete with a beach chair, lounge chairs, and recliners, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the hallway, there is a guest bathroom and a bedroom with a sleeper sofa (150x200).

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200; 2x80x200) with space for a portable cot.
Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed for 3 people (140x200 and 90x200) and is equipped with a large smart TV.
The naturally lit bathroom features a double sink, large shower, bathtub, and washer-dryer.
Outdoor infrared sauna for 4 people.
Free Kattcars for all ages.

On the day of arrival, for organisational reasons, check-in to the holiday home is not possible until 4:00 PM; however, with the key safe, you’ll have independent access
